| Richard E. Zengilowski Vice President, Human Resources Richard E. Zengilowski, Vice President, Human Resources since August 2001. Prior to joining the Corporation in 2001, Mr. Zengilowski was employed by Simplex Time Recorder Co., a manufacturer and distributor of life safety equipment and automated time and attendance products, from 1992 to 2001, where he held the position of Assistant General Counsel from 1992 to 1998 and Director of Legal Affairs, Human Resources from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Zengilowski received a BA from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law. |
